Cattleya gaskelliana is a medium sized grower found at 2500 to 3500 foot elevations in Columbia and Venezuela. The sweetly fragrant flower is up to 6 1/2 inches with as many as 5 to an inflorescence. It is an easy grower and free flowering. It does best at intermediate temps and bright light, to 3000 foot candles with a dry, winter rest. These are very near blooming and shipped out of pot.
