Encyclia cordigera is native to Central America and northern South America. The flowers are up to 3 inches with a wonderful fragrance. It does best with bright light and intermediate temperatures and blooms in the spring to early summer months. Encyclia mooreana is found in El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama having long spikes with flowers that smell of honey. Grow in bright light, intermediate to warm. Blooming size plants shipped out of pot.
