Polystachya teitensis is found in the 'Teite' district of southeastern Kenya at elevations of 2500 to 3000 feet in wet montane forests. Grow it shady, wet and at 50F to 85F temps. It is a mini sized orchid with wonderfully fragrant, 1/2 inch white flowers having a patch of yellow in the throat and blooming in the summer months. These are blooming size divisions.
